Damage Policy
Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage immediately. Refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receipt. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please supply proof of damage or defect, with photograph of package and/or product by email to warren@pomphome.com. Take pictures upon arrival of any damages to boxes before the driver leaves the site and notify driver of any box damages upon your delivery receipt.
Return Policy
For Online Purchases, refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt and must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.
